Accreditation and Regulatory Disclosure

Texila American University (TAU) Zambia is a private higher-education institution registered with the Higher Education Authority (HEA) of Zambia since 2016. Its programmes are accredited by the HEA and registered with the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA), and its medical training is approved by the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ). TAU Zambia also holds institutional accreditation from the British Accreditation Council (BAC). Current accreditation and recognition details are available on our About Us page.

Licensure and outcomes. Accreditation does not by itself guarantee eligibility for any licensing examination, internship, postgraduate placement or licence to practise in any country. Each licensing authority, including the HPCZ, sets its own requirements, and these can change. Students are responsible for checking the current requirements of the country where they intend to practise. Pass rates and outcomes describe past cohorts and do not predict individual results.
