Texila American University Zambia (TAUZ) recently conducted a comprehensive Faculty Development Program aimed at strengthening teaching, research, and academic leadership across its diverse schools. The program featured Dr. Mordecai Malambo, Clinical Science Coordinator at Cavendish University Zambia, as the guest speaker. Dr. Malambo shared insights on innovative teaching methods, research mentorship, and strategies to enhance student engagement in higher education.
