Texila American University Zambia (TAUZ) recently conducted a comprehensive Faculty Development Program aimed at strengthening teaching, research, and academic leadership across its diverse schools. The program brought together faculty members to engage in knowledge-sharing sessions and professional development activities designed to elevate the quality of education at the university.
The program featured Dr. Mordecai Malambo, Clinical Science Coordinator at Cavendish University Zambia, as the guest speaker. Dr. Malambo shared insights on innovative teaching methods, research mentorship, and strategies to enhance student engagement in higher education.
