In a recent courtesy call, the Texila American University Zambia team met with Her Worship Ms. Constance Muleabai, the Mayor of Livingstone, to brief her on the university’s ongoing developmental activities and the recently launched Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management & Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (H&T) programs.
During the meeting, the Texila team outlined the university’s initiatives aimed at enhancing educational opportunities and fostering innovation within Zambia. They highlighted the new H&T programs, which are designed to equip students with cutting-edge skills and knowledge to thrive in the evolving hospitalityy and tourism sectors.
Mayor Muleabai welcomed the Texila team warmly and expressed her appreciation for the university’s efforts to contribute to the educational and professional landscape of Zambia. She also extended an invitation to Texila American University Zambia to consider opening a campus in Livingstone, emphasizing the potential benefits such an establishment would bring to the local community.
