Elvin Mufuzi is a public health scholar, educator, and researcher with over 17 years of experience in secondary and higher education. He holds a Master of Public Health and is currently a PhD candidate focusing on HIV management among key populations. With extensive teaching and leadership experience, Mr. Mufuzi has served as a high school teacher, Head of Department for Natural Sciences, and lecturer in higher education.
