Texila American University Zambia (TAUZ) held an impactful Workshop on Leadership and Management at its Lilayi Campus, attracting participants from various sectors eager to enhance their leadership skills. The event featured Ms. Jacqueline Siwale, a highly regarded lecturer from the School of Business, who delivered an engaging session packed with practical strategies and insights on effective leadership and management in today’s dynamic world.
In his welcome remarks, TAUZ Vice Chancellor Prof. Ajay Poddar emphasized the importance of leadership in driving personal and professional success. “At Texila, we are committed to equipping individuals with the skills they need to lead with vision and integrity.
