Texila American University Zambia (TAUZ) has strengthened its global footprint by securing key partnerships with Health Profession Councils in multiple countries, ensuring greater career opportunities for its medical graduates.
Addressing international students, TAUZ Deputy Vice Chancellor, Dr. Balamurugan Easwaran, announced that the university has successfully partnered with Health Profession Councils in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Namibia, and Botswana, among others.
“These partnerships are a game-changer for our MBChB graduates,” Dr. Easwaran stated. “They provide a direct pathway for our students to sit for Licentiate Examinations in these countries, simplifying the process of securing medical licensure and employment.”
He emphasized that these agreements reflect TAUZ’s commitment to delivering world-class medical education that aligns with international standards.
Dr. Easwaran further assured students that the university is continuously working to expand such collaborations, ensuring that TAUZ graduates have a competitive advantage in the global medical field.
Accompanied by the Dean of the School of Medicine, Dr. Amit Singh, he encouraged students to take full advantage of these opportunities and prepare themselves for a future in medicine without borders.
