In a vibrant celebration of health and wellness, Texila American University Zambia (TAUZ) recently hosted a Yoga activity for its students and staff. The event was organized in collaboration with the Indian High Commission in Zambia to mark the International Day of Yoga, reflecting the growing global appreciation for this ancient practice.
Held on the university campus, the activity saw enthusiastic participation from a diverse group of students and staff members. The Indian High Commission generously provided professional Yoga trainers who guided the participants through various postures and breathing exercises. The trainers emphasized the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of Yoga, making the session both educational and invigorating.
In recognition of their commitment and participation, TAUZ issued certificates to all attendees. This gesture not only acknowledged their involvement but also encouraged them to continue practising Yoga in their daily lives.
