The Zambia Medical Association (ZMA) awarded Texila American University, Zambia (TAU), the “All Weather Friend Award 2020” at its Annual General Meeting & Scientific Conference held on December 12 at Mulungushi Conference Centre, Lusaka, Zambia. The ZMA honoured TAU with this esteemed award to recognize our unwavering dedication to addressing health matters as well as offering selfless service to humanity.
The Honorable Minister of Chiefs and Traditional Affairs, Mr. Lawrence Sichalwe presented the award. The Honorable Minister of Health, Dr. Chitalu Chilufya, and President of Zambia Medical Association, Dr. Samson Chisele were also present at the event.
It is an honour for TAU. Additionally, TAU likes to thank ZMA for recognizing this small act of kindness that motivates us to do more for our community. We love to thrive holding and uplifting the community alongside.
