Enrollment Advisor

Job Purpose: The Enrolment Advisor serves as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrolment process from initial inquiry to final payment. This role involves filtering potential leads, collecting necessary documents, and managing communications to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to enrolled student.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Initial Contact and Lead Management:
    • Act as the primary contact for prospective students, handling all stages of the enrolment process.
    • Use effective elimination methods to filter and qualify leads.
    • Collect and verify documents required for admission.
  2. Eligibility and Payment Processing:
    • Generate eligibility letters in collaboration with the admissions team.
    • Obtain remittance copies of initial payments from students and ensure the conversion of leads into contacts.
  3. Communication and Prioritization:
    • Maintain timely and effective communication with leads.
    • Prioritize and manage assigned contacts to maximize conversion rates.
  4. Presentations and Customer Visits:
    • Organize and host presentations and customer visits to promote the university and its programs.
    • Provide detailed information and support to prospective students during visits.
  5. Quality Service:
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality service by adhering to organizational standards.
    • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by prospective students.
  6. Administrative Duties:
    • Perform additional administrative duties as required, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email drafting.
    • Experience with communication tools such as Skype, WhatsApp, and phone handling.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Ability to anticipate and address student needs effectively.
    • Energetic, engaging, and inquisitive with a strong commitment to career growth.
    • Resourceful and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Customer Service:
    • Strong commitment to providing exceptional service and going above and beyond to meet student needs.
    • Open to feedback and willing to make improvements based on performance evaluations.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales industry with demonstrated good communication skills and a track record of successful lead management.
