It is always important to celebrate the success and achievements of the employees that can result in increased performance and productivity. The recognition and acknowledgment that TAU gives the employees make them feel proud and work at their fullest to achieve the organizational goals.
Amidst the COVID 19 pandemic, the management at Texila American University would like to appreciate its employees’ outstanding performance in achieving the targets. Mr. Ashish – Registrar, and Brig. Gen. (Dr.) Lawson Simapuka – Chief Academic Officer, took the privilege of awarding Ms. Inonge Winnie and Ms. Agness Kabiti for achieving more than 90% KPI.
Our employees had a self-motivation and positive attitude towards focusing on success and have set a standard for their fellow team members.
